1. We recommend to measure your feet at the end of the day. Feet may swell during the day and can therefore have marginal larger dimensions compared to the dimensions in the morning.
2. Wear the pair of socks that you will wear during cycling to ensure a correct fit.
3. Tape a piece of paper on a flat surface, so it won't be able to move.
4. Start with one foot by standing on the piece of paper. You can also sit on a chair if this is more convenient. Make sure that you have sufficient load on your foot.
5. Draw the outline of your foot on the piece of paper, if it's hard to do it yourself ask somebody to help you. Could be fun, right ;)
6. Follow the same procedure for your other foot, this is important because your feet could have different dimensions
7. Mark the outerpoint of your largest toe as a starting point for your measurement and draw a straight line to your heel. Measure this lenght for both feet in MM.
Width
8. Mark the outerpoint on the left side of your forefoot and do the same for the right side of your forefoot. Draw a straight line and measure this width in MM for both feet.
